Honor Farmers Contract Act
The text of the Honor Farmer Contracts Act of 2025, a Senate bill introduced by Senator Booker. It would require USDA to unfreeze and honor existing farmer contracts, pay past due amounts, bar cancellation of signed contracts absent noncompliance, and require 60 days notice to Congress before closing any FSA county or NRCS field office.
