Applications being accepted for VABF Executive Director position. 
VABF is seeking qualified applicants to apply for our Executive Director position to lead management of our program operations and administrative business. At least 5 years not-for-profit management, event management, and marketing experience required, as well as working knowledge of, passion for, and ability to advocate for organic and biological farming. Our Executive Director leads operations, oversees programs, co-chairs the annual Virginia Biological Farming Conference (in cooperation with Virginia State University staff) and represents the organization to diverse audiences around Virginia, the Mid-Atlantic region, and in Washington, DC. Must have ability to work from home office and travel statewide 2-3 times per month. Expected work: 20-25 hours per week, $22-27k salary, commensurate with experience.
