Location and Lodging
The 2026 VABF Conference will be hosted at Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, VA. VABF has secured a limited number of rooms for January 8-12 and you are encouraged to book lodging in advance. The discounted rate expires January 2.
Hotel Roanoke Room Block: Rooms are $151+ taxes and fees a night.

Parking
Parking is not included in Conference registration. The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center allows daily self-parking at the rate of $12 and overnight for $18. Valet parking is $18 daily or overnight for $28.
