All Conference registrations include breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on Saturday and Sunday, each meal thoughtfully prepared with local ingredients contributed by our own VABF members farms. Pre-Conference attendees are also offered a lunch buffet for an additional cost during registration.
Attendees have an array of ticket options for this year’s event, allowing the freedom to come and go according to their schedules. Individuals can choose to attend any single day of the event or every day. Discounts are available for VABF members – join or renew today to access these benefits!

Instructions
1) Choose your preferred ticket option(s) (Individual, Household, Student/Intern, Single-Day, Youth, and/or Pre-Conference). Members access a discounted rate when logged in.
2) Select the number of attendees for each registration type.
3) Select from the optional add-on items.
4) Review your selections and complete payment details.
Payment
Payment may be made securely online with a credit or debit card, or by mailing a check or money order. To pay by mail, please submit all ticket and registrant information, then select “Click here to: Mail Payment” and complete your registration online. Mail payment to the VABF address given. Registration confirmation and information will be emailed to registrants including those who elect to submit payments by mail (once it is received and recorded).
Taxes and fees are already included in the registration rates.

VABF membership allows individuals to connect with an awesome group of biological and organic farmers, gardeners, consumers, advocates and supporters. Membership Registration Types:
- VABF Farm/Household members: Conference Member Discount applies to up to 3 of the household family, farm members or farm interns.
- VABF Non-profit Organizations and Business Members: Conference Member Discount applies to up to 3 registrations for their organization/company.
- Farm Intern members must currently work as an intern to receive the farm intern member rate. Please list the farm you work for during registration.
- Students must list the institution attending and email a picture of their student ID card to Coordinator@VABF.org after registering.
- Saturday or Sunday ONLY registrations: rate varies based on day.
NOTE: You must sign in to your member account to unlock the member rates in the registration system!
Donate towards a Scholarship
This year’s registration form allows every attendee the option to contribute an additional amount towards the scholarship of a farmer who is unable to cover the cost of their attendance. All contributions are appreciated!
Refunds
Registration refunds are available until January 1, 2025. A $25 administrative fee will be retained for refunds. If the Conference is canceled, full refunds will be issued. If the Conference is postponed, registrants will have an option for full refund or to transfer registration to the next year. If you wish to request a refund, send a copy of your confirmation email along with your request to Admin@VABF.org and a representative will follow up with you directly.
