Trade Show Schedule & Layout

Exhibitor trade show set-up is Friday, January 10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Trade Show hours during the Conference are: Saturday, January 11 from 8 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 12 from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

New in 2025! Networking social in the Roanoke Ballroom with cash bar and appetizers Saturday 5:45-6:45 pm. Please keep your booths open during this time to immerse in a wonderful networking opportunity with attendees.

Coffee will also be served on Saturday and Sunday in the tradeshow area to encourage interaction with attendees.

Exhibitors are provided a 6′ table with a draped linen and chairs. Wi-fi and electricity are available.

Printed Program Advertising

Printed program ads are included in multiple sponsor packages and are also available as an a la carte purchase.
Dec 15 deadline to submit program ads.
Ad Specifications: .jpg or .png, 300 DPI in color.

Conference Registration

You’ll be prompted to enter in the name and email of all Conference registrants that are included with your sponsor package. Conference Registrations are issued by Conference Manager to the name and email you’ve listed, prior to the Conference.

If more time is needed to decide on registrants, simply list the name/email of registrants you are sure of and email the rest to [email protected] when ready.

If you’d like to donate any registrations in your company’s name as a scholarship to a farmer in need of financial assistance, list DONATE in place of registrant name. Scholarship Donations may also be added as an a la carte item.

Silent Auction

VABF’s Silent Auction at the Conference is a great way to showcase your company’s items! Gift certificates, merchandise, products, seeds, tools, etc are bid on by Conference Attendees. If you are interested in donating an item to directly support VABF’s mission as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, please list it in the form here. Items may be dropped off during tradeshow setup or mailed in advance.
