We are once again working with the Chefs at Hotel Roanoke to put as much
local food on our plates for the Conference as we can. I’m linking an editable
Google Sheet with the complete list of
food Chef is looking for. There is space to the right to add your
farm contact info and amount available and your price. If you have a specialty item available that’s not on this list there is space at the bottom to list it. VABF members are given priority in purchasing.
VABF will be paying you directly for this
food so once we have the orders together and confirmed, you can send the invoice to
[email protected]. All items would need to be delivered to the Hotel Roanoke the week of January 6-9th. If delivery is not an option, we will also be picking up orders within 100 miles of Roanoke.
