CONFERENCE VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers receive 50% off an individual registration fee in exchange for approximately 6 hours of work, split into shifts of your choice. A 50% off discount code will be provided for the online registration (not the farm intern/student rate). Conference registration is for Jan 20 & 21, 2024 and includes lunch and dinner on Sunday and lunch on Monday. Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and lodging. If accepted, a discount code for 50% off will be emailed along with a link to Volunteer Local, where individuals may sign up for volunteer shifts.
PRE-CONFERENCE VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers are also needed during the Pre-Conference workshop day, on Friday, January 19, 2024, for 2-3 hours, which will count toward the overall Volunteer hours. Available shifts include registration/info table, assisting exhibitors setting up, room hosts and movie presentation assistance. Conference Volunteers may choose to work some of their shifts on the Pre-Conference day. Pre-Conference day volunteers are not provided the Friday lunch buffet ticket unless they purchase it during registration.
