Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. sea salt
3 large garlic cloves, grated or diced
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°. Stir together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper and garlic cloves in a medium bowl. Add brussels sprouts along with any loose leaves; toss to coat and place on baking sheet. Arrange brussels sprouts cut side down on baking sheet. Roast until deeply browned underneath and tender, 25–30 minutes.
